Northmont Science Olympiad would like to invite YOU to the Northmont Invitational on January 10th, 2009. Come experience a fun filled day of science competition. Students from 60 plus schools will be competing in 23 different events. There will be “testing” events that will not be open to the public… however, the many different building events will keep spectators busy for many hours. Taking photographs or video of a competitor's entry or device is strictly prohibited. Photographing your own team's entries and devices is allowed, provided competitor team's members and entries are not included in the image. Official photographers shooting for the Awards Ceremony slide show are exempt. Official photographers will be wearing appropriate identification.

Directions:

From I-75 and I-70 interchange:
Drive West on Interstate 70 to Hoke Road/OH Rt. 49/Englewood - Exit #26, North on Hoke Road to National Road/U.S. Route 40 Turn left and drive west on National Road to Northmont Middle and High Schools.

From south of Dayton:
Drive north on I-75 to Ohio Route 35 Exit I-75 toOH Route 35 West (Eaton) Drive west on the OH Route 35 expressway. At the intersection of Route 35 and West Third Street, the expressway changes route designation to OH Route 49. Continue driving north, now on the Rt. 49 expressway. The OH Route 49 expressway merges with Salem Ave. by a Lowe's Store, continue following OH Route 49 north (left) to Hoke Rd. Turn right on Hoke Rd., cross over I-70, and drive north to National Rd./US Route 40 Turn left and drive west on National Rd. to Northmont Middle and High Schools.

From the Ohio/Indiana border:
Drive East on Interstate 70 to Ohio Route 49 North, Exit # 24 North on Ohio Route 49 to US Route 40 (approx. 1 mile) Turn right and drive east on US Route 40/National Road, to the schools (approx. 2 miles). Latitude and Longitude Coordinates: 39° 52.36'N, 84° 20.88'W
